You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — absolutely free of cost.
Exchange Policy
Free exchanges are allowed once per order, within 7 days of delivery.
After one exchange, no further exchange/return will be permitted on the same product.
Partial exchanges are allowed for combo packs.
Return Policy
We accept free returns anywhere in India.
For combo offers, a small return fee of ₹75 will apply.
To prevent misuse of the free returns benefit, if we notice frequent returns from the same customer, a return fee of ₹150 may be applied to future return requests.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be in original condition (unused, unwashed).
Tags and packaging must be intact.
No signs of damage, stains, or wear.
In Case Courier Pickup Is Unavailable
If no delivery partner is available in your area, you may be asked to send the product back to us. Don't worry — we will reimburse up to ₹100 as part of our free return commitment.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:
We issue a full refund to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
